Oakland Tech girls soccer will host Live Oak High School at 5 p.m. Tuesday in the opening round of the Northern California Division V bracket. The Bulldogs advanced to the CIF State Championships with a thrilling victory over LPS Hayward that went to eight rounds of penalty kicks Saturday at Fremont High.
